Second Avenue

This project by the sea involved alterations and a rear extension to a ground floor flat. Our client was looking to put a contemporary spin on the property therefore we opted for floor to ceiling sliding doors, grey windows, flat narrow roof lights and a white rendered external finish. As you will see from the image it was a great outcome.
