Mill Road

We designed 10No new build properties on a greenfield site abutting the village envelope. The mix of properties included 4No 2 Bedroom dwelling, 4No 3 Bedroom dwelling and 2No 4 Bedroom dwelling all of which had 2No parking space min. This was the first site allocated approved scheme within Suffolk Coastal District Council and a tremendous achievement for us.
