Many internal alterations to form 4No holiday lets by the seaside in Suffolk. Our involvement included a measured survey multiple scheme drawings and obtaining a building regulations approval. We were also required by our client to upgrade the proposed holiday lets in terms of Sound and fire protection even though this was not required by Building control. Once the project was completed we advised our client to employ an interior designer to dress the holiday lets to gain maximum income.
